Refund Policy

1. Overview

Products are sold directly through Niftytheme via Paddle. Paddle acts as Merchant of Record, so all payments and refunds are processed through Paddle's systems.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

Refund requests for our digital goods must be submitted within 14 days of purchase.

Eligible if:

  • The product fails to function as described.
  • There is a material mismatch between the product listing and the delivered item.

Not eligible if:

  • The product has been downloaded and successfully installed.
  • The issue is WHMCS version incompatibility that was disclosed in the product listing.
  • The request is based on a change of mind after download.

3. How to Request

Contact [email protected] with your order number, a description of the issue, and any relevant screenshots. We aim to respond within 2 business days.

4. Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed by Paddle and may take 5–10 business days to appear depending on the payment method.

5. Custom Product Orders

Custom product orders are non-refundable once production has commenced, as outlined in the product agreement confirmed before work begins.
